As a proud resident of Trinity Creeks since 2021, I have developed a deep appreciation for the character, warmth, and strong sense of community that define our neighborhood. With over
twenty years of experience as a real estate broker and property manager, I bring valuable insight into community operations, property values, and responsible neighborhood stewardship. I am always willing to volunteer my time and have enjoyed contributing through various committees. Outside of my professional work, I enjoy decorating, taking walks throughout the neighborhood, leading ministry groups, spending time reading and connecting with friends.

I became a resident of Trinity Creeks in July 2020, and it quickly felt like home. I bring a well-rounded and diverse professional background to my role as a Board Member at Trinity Creeks.
My early career started with a strong focus on youth development, as I spent two years coaching and mentoring young people through the Chicago Park District. Building on this foundation, I continued my community involvement by working as a recreational therapist with the Kenwood Oakland Community Organization (KOCO), where I supported adults with disabilities. These experiences have shaped my commitment to creating inclusive and supportive environments within our community.
Besides my background in youth development and community engagement, I have extensive experience in the corporate sector. I began my career in telecommunications technology, including 20 years in sales management and as a Regional Marketing Manager for AT&T/Illinois Bell. This background helped me develop strategic planning, leadership, and communication skills vital for effective board service. My three years in radio communications at V103 enhanced my ability to connect with diverse audiences and manage complex projects—skills that are invaluable when collaborating with fellow board members and residents to address community needs.
Throughout my career, I have gained extensive expertise in contracts and negotiations, ensuring I am well-equipped to advocate for fair deals and prudent decision-making on behalf of Trinity Creeks. Additionally, my roles in financial services as a Registered Investment Advisor with MetLife and in real estate sales with Coldwell Banker, Homesmart, and Kale Realty for over five years have provided me with a solid foundation in residential financial issues and property management. These skills directly support the board’s responsibilities in maintaining fiscal health and property values within our community. Since retiring from the fast-paced corporate world in 2019, I have been able to dedicate more time and energy to my great-grandkids and enjoy hobbies like golf and writing.
My decision to join the board stems from a sincere desire to invest in our community and contribute to its growth. Having lived here for a few years, I’ve seen firsthand how much our neighborhood has to offer, and I believe we can continue building on that together.
Marice Hill, Director
I have served on several groups and committees in membership and leader capacities where we we were tasked with creating goals and executing events and projects. I have also volunteered for the HOA events including the block parties, holiday parties.
My MBA gives me a strong foundation in financial management, strategic planning, and organizational leadership—skills that are essential for making informed, responsible decisions for our Trinity Creeks community. Because I deeply care for our community, I will bring a solutions-oriented mindset that helps ensure our subdivision remains financially healthy, well-managed, and focused on the long-term needs of our residents.
Kevin Richard, Treasurer
I moved to Trinity Creeks in 2007 and I have been active in the community in one way or another. I was on the committee for the last three block parties and I was president of the HOA for the last four years. Also, the current HOA board asked me to remain with the board as its “Business Agent”.
In 2011, I retired from the US Postal Inspection Service as the Manager of Administrative Operations. After a few years I started to miss the challenge of day-to-day work. I returned to the business world to manage Lending and Collection for a small Credit Union. Working in a financial market was a great way to challenge my skills as an accountant. In 2021, I decided that it was time to set back and enjoy my grandchildren, so for the second time in my career I retired.

I am one of the original homeowners in Trinity Creeks and I have lived here for over 16 years. I've also been a resident of Matteson for 20 years. I've had a chance to meet and talk with many of my neighbors. I have been a licensed Realtor for over 10 years. I enjoy barbecuing, fellowship with family and friends and stepping. Before the pandemic, my wife and I were Leaders for one of Victory Apostolic's Marriage Ministry small groups. My goal is to make Trinity Creeks a safer and happier place for all residents.
